Dear brothers and sisters,

First I want to thank you from my heart to everyone for your support and your prayers for this internship program during the last six months.

During this program we have done different activities in the service of God.
The focus of this program was: Prayer, Biblical training, Practical discipleship in ministries.
This program has changed my relationship with God into a closer and better place. I also got an experience that gives me heart to continue my ministry to God.
Some practical things I did during this program were: I led the children's club, I have led Bible study every Wednesday at our church, I visited several families and help them out with teams who visited us.

Prayer was the most powerful thing which I experienced during this program where I have seen God's hand moving mountains.

Praise to God most children of Islamic background come in meetings every week where I teach them God's Word.
Another Praise report is the spiritual growth of believers in our church. Also we had the baptisms and new people who have accepted Jesus.

I am writing this letter because I finished the six-month Internship program at the church of Malisheva.
I know God has confirmed my calling to serve into full-time ministry, and my heart is to continue working with children, young people's meetings, visits with families and with leading of biblical studies.

After the death of our beloved Pastor Randy Harvey, we need prayer and wisdom to continue the work which Randy had started 12 years ago.
We will continue to serve God in our church, serve and love the believers and the community around us.

Pray for my ministry with children. We have been having around 40 children come every week. These children are not saved and their families also belong to the Islamic faith.
Pray for believers in our church and their families to get saved.
Pray for the ministry of our church in reaching people in Malisheve with the gospel.

Please pray with me while I now begin the process of raising financial support as a local missionary in my town, as a full-time missionary.

If God guides you to continue with me in the ministry here in Malisheva through prayer and giving financially, I will be very grateful.

Sincerely,
Urim Zogaj

                                              Notes from the former pastors

Hello family in Christ

From Pastor Jeff-

God began a great work here in Malisheve, Kosovo over 12 years ago. Randy Harvey poured his heart, soul and strength into that work until the day of his death on July 24th, 2012. We will greatly miss this man of God and feel the loss everyday. At the same time, I want to let everyone know that we are here as a team (love on the front line) to continue that work and see the Lord bring the increase through it. Randy and I began an internship program in January of this year (2012) in the church of Malisheve. Urim Zogaj entered that internship program, faithfully served in the church and completed it's requirements to the end of the designated six month period. During this time Urim's character and calling became concrete. Urim truly loves the Lord. He has faced and met many challenges in the last six months and in his life as a Christian. He was one of the first believers in this entire region. He completed 2 years of study at Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe. He has experience in ministry working three years in a town called Prizren with a Christian organization and various other ministries over the years. And his example has come shining forth this year in the church and especially now in this hard time for all of us.
It was the wish of pastor Randy that Urim, now having completed his internship, would go on to be supported as a full time national missionary. I agree 100% and give you my full recommendation for Urim Zogaj. There is no way for the local church here to support Urim in the ministry with over 70% unemployment in our region and even more in the church (as pastor Randy mentioned in a past letter below). Urim is a vital part of the ministry here and the Lord has lead us to open the door for you to be involved in his life and ministry as the Lord leads you.
Please prayerfully consider supporting Urim through daily prayer, and through financial giving.
(see the "join us" page.) Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and may God bless you.

Together in Christ,
Pastor Jeff Harry

                                                                 Pastor Randy Harvey
                                                           May 9, 1960 - July 24, 2012

We have prayed for many years for the Lord to call national believers to step out in faith and serve the Lord in full-time ministry.  We presently see the call of God on Urim's life. For many years as a Christian he has endured a lot of social pressures from family and friends, all of which are Muslim.  He has a cultural obligation to work and give money to his father, even if he has to leave to find work. However it is clear that the Lord is calling Urim to stay in Malisheve and serve with us in the church.  We affirm Urim and his calling to serve the Lord.  We are excited about how he can minister in his own culture as a national missionary.  He can share the love of God to Kosovars without the barriers that cross-cultural missionaries face.

So, we have begun a 6 month internship called “Love on the Front Line.” Our focus has been full time ministry and training that will equip Urim to continue in the calling the Lord has given them. Part of the interns  training is learning to raise prayer support and financial assistance that will allow him to fulfill both his calling to the Lord and his family obligations.  With 90% unemployment in our fellowship, weekly tithes and offerings barely cover ministry expenses. The church here has no funds to support anyone in full-time ministry.

We are asking you to partner with Urim through your prayers and financial support in the work the Lord has called him to. You can see his financial needs in his letter.  Prayer, one time gifts, and  monthly support are all vital.  Philippians 4:17 speaks of the fruit that will be accredited to your account as you join the Lord in the work He’s doing in Malisheve.  In a very real sense you can provide crucial support to front line soldiers in the spiritual battle for the Kingdom of God in Malisheve.

Please email Urim to let him know how the Lord is moving you to be involved in his ministry.  It will be such an encouragement to him to hear from you.

We pray the Lord blesses you and increases your borders.

Much Love in Christ,
Randy Harvey
Missionary Pastor
Malisheve, Kosovo
